THE SOLUTION

By analysing our competitors and realising our aspirations for this project, a gap in the market for luxury-localised magazines was noticed, giving Absolutely magazines a niche. With a wealth of experience between them, the team at Absolutely have created a high quality product that can sit comfortably next to the luxury nationals.

THE RESULTS

The success of the magazines was immediate – excellent content, beautiful design and a targeted readership meant the magazines grew from just one publication to 17 over the course of four years. Absolutely magazines are now London’s leading luxury local publication with a distribution rate of over 300,000 around the city.

THE OBJECTIVE

West London estate agents Orchards, who are known for their innovative marketing, wanted to produce a magazine that not only promoted their properties for sale but covered home interest and interiors to create a title that had longevity with their customers.

THE SOLUTION

By project managing with a dedicated account manager working across design and content we created Couture magazine for the customer, which is now in its third successful year

THE RESULTS

The agent has seen steady market share growth in the Chiswick, Ealing and Acton areas due to an integrated marketing strategy of which their Couture magazine is an integral part.

THE OBJECTIVE

The UK education system have longed for a premium free distribution title to reach parents living in AB1 homes. In response to this demand we launched Absolutely Education in September 2013.

THE SOLUTION

To provide aspirational, concise and relevant content to parents and parents-to-be around the UK regarding the UK private education system.  We work with experts in this field to produce an informative and authoritative publication.

THE RESULTS

September 2013 witnessed the exclusive launch of Absolutely Education which is distributed pan London. The stand-alone magazine is available at prominent WH Smith Travel points ensuring a national coverage for advertisers, with imminent plans to have the publication distributed at targeted independent primary schools in London.

THE OBJECTIVE

To devise an alternative solution to traditional advertising and marketing for our prospective client, De Beers.

THE SOLUTION

The client wanted to showcase their products in a more creative and imaginative way, so our team of thinkers and doers explored the options and pitched a fashion shoot take over. We themed our monthly fashion shoot around the new De Beers collection, Adonis Rose, and showcased the jewellery in a high fashion setting, which was then published across all of the London Absolutely titles.

THE RESULTS

The client was pleased with the outcome, which led to them working more closely with Zest on a variety of other projects, including advertorials, advertising and editorial.

Leading South West estate agent wanted more direct exposure to potential vendors. They came to us knowing the calibre of our existing titles and asked for a print solution to achieve these goals.

THE SOLUTION

Aspire magazine was successfully published and launched with a print run of 34,000 and distributed by our partners to an exclusive and targeted SW London audience.

THE RESULTS

The client was delighted with the high production values and service. The publication is seen as a benchmark for estate agent customer magazines.

THE OBJECTIVE

The London weddings industry have longed for a premium, luxurious free distribution title to reach AB1 brides. In response to this demand we launched Absolutely Weddings in 2015.

THE SOLUTION

To provide inspirational, stylish and on trend content – the perfect guide for planning the perfect wedding. We are working with experts in this field to produce a title which covers all elements of the wedding journey. It will also target AB1 brides who on average spend £30,000 on their big day.

THE RESULTS

September 2015 saw the exclusive launch of Absolutely Weddings which was distributed pan London and also at weddings shows where visitors each receive a copy. The stand-alone magazine will also be available at prominent WH Smith travel points ensuring a national coverage for advertisers.

THE OBJECTIVE

Leading West London estate agent Bective wanted to produce a publication that attracted applicants rather than vendors as quickly as possible. A product that was equal in cost to a newspaper but on trend and attractive enough to pick up. A digital edition to mail out to a large database needed to be provided. Distribution had to be unique and all lifestyle content provided.

THE SOLUTION

Listed was successfully published and launched in June with a print run of 50,000 three weeks after the first concept meeting. It was distributed by our partners at carefully selected relevant tube stations over one week, to local businesses and to select residential addresses.

THE RESULTS

The client’s objectives were met. Business was gained instantly and the profile of the brand has been elevated.
